Frank Malik is responsible for business strategy, product/franchise expansion, real estate acquisition, finance and sales at NWP. He has over 20 years of real estate, investment and development experience. His significant accomplishments include actively pursuing land acquisitions and entitlements and developing over $100 million dollars of projects in the Texas region. Frank’s development specialty is in convenience store/gas station, quick serve restaurant, full-service restaurant and retail centers.

Frank is active in industry dialogues as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Real Estate Council of Shopping Centers and The Association of Convenience & Fuel Retailing (NACS). He dynamically participates in Real Estate conferences, NACS conferences and continued education with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

He holds a B.S. in in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston. Prior to starting at NWP in 2004, Frank served as Vice President in the Structure Finance division at JP Morgan Chase. In this capacity, he was responsible for analyzing and structuring complex Collateralized Debt obligations (CDO), Collateralized Loan obligations (CLO) and asset-backed securities (ABS) transactions.

His passions include travel, playing golf and skiing. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
